Quies is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutrition or psychological advice.
Quies is positioned under the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration "excluded software" framework for record-keeping tools. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition. It records what you enter and reflects it back to you.
Lux and every other AI surface in Quies produce generated text that can be wrong. They are reflective only. They never provide medical, dietary or mental-health advice, and no output should be relied on for any decision that matters. Speak with an Australian GP or an Accredited Practising Dietitian instead.
Quies is for adults 18 and over. Intermittent fasting is not appropriate for everyone. Do not use Quies to guide fasting if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, are underweight, are managing diabetes on glucose-lowering medication, or are under the care of a clinician who has advised against it — without speaking to that clinician first.
